Freedom means something different to everyone, yet when we talk about it, we still understand each other pretty well. At Allkiro, we define freedom as being able to get things done wherever it suits you best.

We want signing and managing documents to be as simple as possible, wherever you are — at your office desk or, if need be, on a motorbike in the middle of the forest.

Everything you needed to sign was there

I remember very well having to sign documents on my phone once, somewhere I couldn’t use a computer. Everything seemed to be in place — digital signing software on the phone and an internet connection. And yet it never got done, because it was awkward and at times almost impossible.

Besides signing, I naturally wanted to read the document too. Opening and reading it meant constant zooming and scrolling up and down, left and right. After fifteen minutes I realised it would be easier to do it in the evening on my computer at home.

Experiencing freedom on motorbikes

Since we love freedom, we went to experience it on motorbikes along Estonia’s official TET (Trans Euro Trail) routes. TET is a volunteer-mapped network of gravel and forest roads that runs from beyond the Arctic Circle all the way to the Strait of Gibraltar — and Estonia alone has more than 3,000 kilometres of it.

We rode part of the trails in northern and western Estonia and experienced Estonian nature at its most authentic. We got sun, wind and rain. Mud, sand, winding pine-forest roads, straight gravel stretches and stunning views of lakes, groves and fields.

A signature during a break, not in the evening at a computer

And if we had needed to sign or review a document, there would have been no need to open a computer at home in the evening. It could easily have been done during one of the breaks we took to enjoy nature, grab a bite or take care of business — and not just once :)

You can sign with your helmet on. We do still recommend taking your gloves off before entering your PIN.
