Yes, typically 15–30 seconds: upload document, designate the signatory, signer gets a notification. Signing with Mobile-ID or ID-card is just as fast. If internet is slow, it might take up to a minute.
Yes. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest (AES-256, the same standard used by banks). On top of that you get qualified eIDAS signing, a GDPR-compliant audit log of every action, a separate security events log, session management and passkey/WebAuthn support. You always see what happened to your documents and when.
Allkiro accepts PDFs, Word (DOC, DOCX), Excel (XLS, XLSX), PowerPoint (PPT, PPTX), OpenDocument (ODT, ODS, ODP), text files and images (PNG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP). Signatures are wrapped into ASiC-E containers, which guarantee legal validity across the EU. You can bundle several related documents into a single container. Already-signed containers (.asice, .bdoc) can be uploaded too – Allkiro reads the contents and existing signatures, and you can collect more signatures on top.
You can cancel the signing process at any time before all parties have signed. Once a signature has been added, it cannot be removed — but you can create a new version and resend. Automatic reminders help prevent delays.
Yes, Allkiro uses eIDAS-compliant qualified e-signatures that are legally binding across the entire EU — whether you sign with Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or ID-card. Valid for: employment contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, service contracts and more.
Yes. Here's how: (1) Open allkiro.ee and click 'Start free', (2) Log in with Smart-ID, (3) Click 'New document', (4) Upload your PDF or DOCX, (5) Click 'Send for signing', (6) Add the signer, (7) Sign. Done.
The dashboard shows real-time status of all your documents: pending signatures, completed contracts and upcoming deadlines. From the Mini plan you can set deadlines and send manual reminders; from Standard upward, reminders go out automatically as the deadline approaches. You can always send a manual nudge on top.
Yes. Allkiro produces qualified electronic signatures (QES) under the eIDAS regulation, which carry the same legal weight as a handwritten signature across the entire European Union. You can sign with Smart-ID, Smart-ID+, Mobile-ID or an ID card (Web eID), using the Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian national digital identities. Signatures are packaged into ASiC-E (BDOC) containers, so anyone can verify them outside Allkiro — in the DigiDoc4 client or the European Commission's DSS validator, for example.
Both. Allkiro supports parallel signing, where every party is invited at the same time, and sequential signing, where the next signer is only invited once the previous one has signed. You choose the order when you send the document and can change it later. Each signing round can carry a deadline, and the dashboard shows exactly whose signature the process is waiting on.
Yes. The Allkiro free plan is free forever and needs no credit card: 3 signatures per month, 100 MB of storage, signing with Smart-ID, Mobile-ID and ID card, and download of the finished ASiC-E container. Paid plans add volume and team features — Mini (6 signatures per month, deadlines and workflows), Standard (20 signatures, 5 GB, shared folders and roles, automatic reminders, full-text search with OCR), Pro (30 signatures, 500 GB, unlimited members) and Enterprise (unlimited signatures, individual pricing).
Yes to both, from the Standard plan upward. Automatic reminders go out to signers on their own as the deadline approaches; on Mini you set the deadline and send the reminder manually. Full-text search covers both file names and document contents, and OCR reads scanned files too, so you can find the right contract even when you only remember one sentence from inside it. Folders and tags keep a larger archive in order.
Yes. From the Standard plan you can create a team where documents and folders are shared between members and access is governed by each member's role. Standard holds up to 5 members; Pro has no member limit and supports both personal and business teams; Enterprise adds sub-teams, so a department's contracts stay inside that department. Every action is written to the activity log, so it is always clear who did what and when.
