Refer and earn
Terms of the founding-partners programme — how referring works and how commission is calculated.
Last updated: 25.10.2026
In short
- Every Allkiro user has a personal referral link: allkiro.ee/r/your-name.
- When someone creates a new Allkiro account through your link or through a signing invitation you sent, they are your referral — for good.
- If you have joined the founding-partners programme, you earn the agreed percentage of every subscription invoice your referral pays, for as long as they remain a paying customer.
- You receive your commission as credit off your next Allkiro invoice, as a promo code or by bank transfer to an Estonian bank account. For a company or sole proprietor we write the invoice; from commission paid to a private person we withhold the statutory taxes and transfer the net.
The exact terms of the programme are below.
1. General provisions
1.1. These terms (the Programme Terms) govern the “Refer and earn” referral programme, also called the founding-partners programme (the Programme), of Allkiro OÜ (registry code 14453521, address Uus-Järveküla tee 11-3, Järveküla, Rae vald, Harju maakond; Allkiro, we).
1.2. An Allkiro user (natural or legal person) taking part in the Programme is a Partner. A person who creates an Allkiro account on a Partner’s recommendation is a Referral.
1.3. The Programme Terms supplement Allkiro’s terms of use and privacy policy. In case of conflict, the Programme Terms prevail in matters concerning the Programme.
1.4. Allkiro may change the Programme Terms. Changes are published at www.allkiro.ee/legal/affiliate and take effect on publication or on the date stated. A change does not affect commission already earned before it takes effect.
1.5. These Programme Terms are a translation of the Estonian original. In case of any discrepancy, the Estonian version prevails.
2. Joining the Programme
2.1. Every Allkiro user has a personal referral link. Clicks on the link and sign-ups through it are counted even if the user has not joined the Programme.
2.2. Only Partners who have joined the Programme earn commission. You can join in the Application from your account settings, from the partner page or when setting up a new account. Allkiro may also add a Partner to the Programme itself.
2.3. The number of Partner places is limited. Once all places are taken, no new Partners can join the Programme until Allkiro increases the number of places.
2.4. By joining, the Partner accepts the Programme Terms.
3. Who counts as a Referral
3.1. A Referral is linked to a Partner when they create a new Allkiro account:
- through the Partner’s personal referral link within 30 days of opening the link, or
- through a signing invitation sent by the Partner within 30 days of opening the invitation. Only invitations sent for signing count; a link shared for viewing only, or an invitation that has been revoked, does not create a referral.
3.2. If a person has opened the referral links of several Partners, the referrer is the Partner whose link they opened first. If a person has opened several signing invitations, the referrer is the Partner who sent the invitation they opened last before creating the account — that is the invitation they created their Allkiro account through. If a person has opened both a referral link and a signing invitation, the referrer is the Partner who sent the invitation — the invitation is what brought them to an Allkiro account.
3.3. The link is permanent and one-off — each person can have only one referrer, and it is never changed later. The link applies to the person, not to a single account: it covers every account and team the Referral creates in Allkiro.
3.4. The following do not count as a Referral:
- a person who already had an Allkiro account before the referral;
- the Partner themselves, including their second account or an account with the same personal identification code;
- a person who signed up while Allkiro had paused the adding of new referrals (clause 7.2).
3.5. Because every Allkiro account is tied to a verified identity (Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or ID card), Allkiro checks by personal identification code that a Partner does not refer themselves.
4. Calculating commission
4.1. The Partner earns commission on every paid subscription invoice the Referral pays, for the whole time the Referral is a paying customer. No commission is calculated on one-off purchases (e.g. additional signature packs).
4.2. Commission is calculated on the invoice amount excluding VAT.
4.3. The commission percentage is shown on the partner page in the Application. Allkiro may also agree a Partner-specific percentage. The percentage is fixed for each payment at the moment it is received — changing the percentage later does not change commission already earned.
4.4. Commission is earned only on direct Referrals. If a Referral in turn refers someone else, the first Partner earns no commission on them.
4.5. Commission is calculated only if, at the moment the payment is received, the Partner is active in the Programme and the Programme is switched on. If a Partner joins the Programme later, they earn commission on the subsequent payments of people they referred earlier, but not on payments made before they joined. If the Partner has received Invite a friend credit for the same Referral, they do not earn commission on that Referral’s payments even after joining the Programme — one referral earns one reward.
4.6. If a payment on which commission was based is refunded or cancelled, Allkiro may reverse the corresponding commission. Allkiro may set commission already paid out off against the Partner’s next payout.
5. Paying out commission
5.1. The Partner chooses one of three payout methods in the Application:
- Credit (default) — commission is added automatically to the Partner’s Allkiro account and deducted from their next Allkiro invoice. If the Partner does not yet have a paid Allkiro subscription, the credit is held and added to their account when they create one.
- Promo code — a single-use promo code for the amount paid out. The code may be passed on; any unused part expires. The code cannot be combined with a site-wide campaign.
- Bank transfer — commission is paid to the Estonian bank account of the Partner’s company or of the Partner themselves (clause 5.7).
5.2. A promo code or bank transfer can be requested for commission earned at least 30 days earlier, and when the amount paid out is at least 25 euros. Only one payout request can be open at a time.
5.3. Allkiro makes bank transfers manually within a reasonable time after the request is submitted and notifies the Partner by e-mail when the transfer has been made or the request cancelled. The amount of a cancelled request stays with the Partner and can be requested again. The Partner is responsible for the accuracy of the bank details provided. Until the transfer has been made, the Partner can withdraw their request in the Application themselves.
5.4. Allkiro notifies the Partner by e-mail of any change to the bank details (account number or recipient name). For security, a bank transfer can be requested only 48 hours after the bank details were changed.
5.5. The Partner is responsible for declaring their income and paying any related taxes. If the law requires Allkiro to withhold tax from a payout, Allkiro does so before paying out.
5.6. Commission is not paid in cash or in any way other than those listed in clause 5.1.
5.7. Bank transfers are made only to an Estonian bank account (IBAN starting with EE) and only (a) to a legal person or a sole proprietor (FIE) entered in the Estonian Commercial Register (the Partner’s company) under clauses 5.8–5.13, or (b) to a natural person (a Private Person) under clauses 5.14–5.18. Commission paid to a sole proprietor is their business income, which the sole proprietor declares and pays tax on themselves; Allkiro withholds no tax from it. Bank transfers are not currently made to foreign bank accounts — in that case the Partner receives commission as credit or a promo code.
5.8. By choosing bank transfer, the Partner agrees that Allkiro issues the invoice for the commission in the name of the Partner’s company (self-billing). The Partner accepts the invoices issued by Allkiro and does not issue a separate invoice for the same commission.
5.9. The invoice is issued when the bank transfer is made, in a separate Allkiro number series (ALK-PA-…). It shows the name, registry code and address of the Partner’s company, its VAT number if provided, and Allkiro’s details. The invoice is available to the Partner on the partner page of the Application.
5.10. If the Partner’s company is VAT-registered and the Partner has provided its VAT number, Allkiro adds VAT at the applicable rate (currently 24%) to the commission and pays it out with the commission. If no VAT number has been provided, no VAT is added. The Partner’s company is responsible for declaring and paying the VAT shown on the invoice.
5.11. The Partner keeps the company details in the Application up to date and updates them without delay, in particular on VAT registration or deregistration. The invoice is based on the details in the Application when the payout was requested. The Partner is liable for any damage and tax liabilities caused by incorrect details.
5.12. If the Partner finds an error on an invoice, they notify Allkiro at tere@allkiro.ee within 14 days of the invoice being made available, and Allkiro issues a credit note and a new invoice if needed. If the Partner raises no objection within that time, the invoice is deemed accepted.
5.13. The Partner may withdraw from the self-billing arrangement by notifying Allkiro at tere@allkiro.ee. In that case they receive commission from then on as credit, as a promo code or as a Private Person under clauses 5.14–5.18.
5.14. Commission is paid to a Private Person only into an Estonian bank account in their own name. To be paid as a Private Person, the Partner’s Allkiro account must be linked to an Estonian personal code verified by Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or an ID card. The commission is declared under that personal code.
5.15. Commission paid to a Private Person is a fee paid under a contract under the law of obligations. The commission the Partner has earned is Allkiro’s total cost: all statutory taxes and contributions (social tax, unemployment insurance contributions, the mandatory funded pension contribution and income tax) are calculated and withheld from it, and the remaining net amount is transferred to the Partner. Allkiro does not add taxes on top of the commission — for example, a commission of 100 euros is the total from which all taxes are deducted.
5.16. The taxes and net amount shown on the partner page of the Application are an estimate. Allkiro’s accountant makes the final calculation based on the applicable tax rates and the Partner’s details, and it may differ from the estimate. If the Partner wants the basic exemption (maksuvaba tulu) applied to the payout, they submit an application to tere@allkiro.ee before requesting the payout.
5.17. Allkiro declares the payout made to a Private Person and the taxes withheld from it to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. The net amount paid is shown on the partner page of the Application. The payout’s accounting records are kept and retained in Allkiro’s accounting software.
5.18. No invoice is issued to a Private Person, and clauses 5.8–5.12 do not apply to them.
6. Partner’s obligations
6.1. The Partner presents Allkiro honestly and does not give misleading information about the Services, the prices or the Programme.
6.2. The Partner must not:
- send unsolicited advertising (spam) or use contact details without the recipient’s consent;
- act on behalf of Allkiro or give the impression of being Allkiro’s representative or employee;
- create, or have others create, accounts solely to earn commission;
- place the referral link in other people’s browsers without them knowingly clicking it (e.g. through hidden images or scripts);
- use the Allkiro trademark in domain names or in paid search advertising without Allkiro’s written consent.
6.3. If these terms are breached, Allkiro may remove the Partner from the Programme and withhold or reverse commission obtained through the breach.
7. Changing and ending the Programme
7.1. Allkiro may remove a Partner from the Programme. After removal the Partner earns no commission on new payments, but commission earned before removal stays theirs and is paid out under the Programme Terms, except in the case described in clause 6.3.
7.2. Allkiro may pause the adding of new referrals. In that case Partners keep earning on existing Referrals, but people who sign up during the pause are not linked to Partners, either then or retrospectively.
7.3. Allkiro may end the Programme by notifying Partners by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. When the Programme ends, earning commission stops; commission earned before the end is paid out under the Programme Terms.
7.4. A Partner may leave the Programme at any time on the partner page of the Application. Clause 7.1 applies to leaving: no commission is earned on new payments, and commission earned before leaving is paid out. Rejoining the Programme is possible only through Allkiro (tere@allkiro.ee). Deleting the account ends the earning of commission.
8. Personal data
8.1. In the Application, the Partner sees aggregate statistics of their referrals and their Referrals’ activity (sign-up, becoming a paying customer, commission earned on each payment) with a date and a partly masked name. The Referral’s full name, contact details and invoice amount are not disclosed to the Partner.
8.2. To count openings of referral links and signing invitations, Allkiro stores the time of opening, the browser’s identification string (user agent) and the domain of the referring page. The visitor’s IP address is not stored — to tell repeated clicks apart, an irreversible code derived from it is used, which changes every day. Referral link data is kept in a browser cookie for up to 30 days.
8.3. For a bank transfer payout and its invoice, Allkiro processes the account holder’s name and bank account number provided by the Partner, and the name, registry code, address and VAT number of the Partner’s company. For a payout to a Private Person, Allkiro also processes the Partner’s personal code (from their verified identity) and the amount paid, to calculate and declare the taxes. Invoices and the payouts’ accounting records are kept for the period required by the Accounting Act and the Taxation Act.
8.4. Otherwise, personal data is processed in accordance with Allkiro’s privacy policy.
9. Liability and disputes
9.1. Referrals are linked and commission is calculated on the basis of the data in Allkiro’s system. If the Partner believes a referral or commission has been missed, they may contact Allkiro at tere@allkiro.ee.
9.2. Disputes arising from the Programme are resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, in Harju County Court. The Programme is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
