Invite a friend
Terms of the "Invite a friend" referral programme — how referring works and how credit is given.
Last updated: 25.10.2026
In short
- Every Allkiro user has a personal referral link: allkiro.ee/r/your-name.
- When someone creates a new Allkiro account through your link or through a signing invitation you sent, and buys their first plan, you both get €10 of credit.
- Your friend’s credit comes straight off their first invoice; yours comes off your next Allkiro invoice.
- You can earn for up to 10 friends, i.e. up to €100.
The exact terms of the programme are below.
1. General provisions
1.1. These terms (the Programme Terms) govern the “Invite a friend” referral programme (the Programme) of Allkiro OÜ (registry code 14453521, address Uus-Järveküla tee 11-3, Järveküla, Rae vald, Harju maakond; Allkiro, we).
1.2. The Allkiro user who refers is the Referrer. A person who creates an Allkiro account on the Referrer’s recommendation is the Friend.
1.3. The Programme Terms supplement Allkiro’s terms of use and privacy policy. In case of conflict, the Programme Terms prevail in matters concerning the Programme.
1.4. Every Allkiro user takes part in the Programme automatically; there is nothing to join.
1.5. Allkiro may change the Programme Terms, including the amount and the cap of the credit. Changes are published at www.allkiro.ee/legal/referral and take effect on publication or on the date stated. A change does not affect credit already given before it takes effect.
1.6. These Programme Terms are a translation of the Estonian original. In case of any discrepancy, the Estonian version prevails.
2. Who counts as a Friend
2.1. A Friend is linked to the Referrer when they create a new Allkiro account:
- through the Referrer’s personal referral link within 30 days of opening the link, or
- through a signing invitation sent by the Referrer within 30 days of opening the invitation. Only invitations sent for signing count; a link shared for viewing only, or an invitation that has been revoked, does not create a referral.
2.2. If a person has opened both a referral link and a signing invitation, the sender of the invitation is treated as the referrer. If a person has opened several signing invitations, the sender of the invitation they opened last before creating the account is treated as the referrer. Each person can have only one referrer, and it is never changed later.
2.3. The following do not count as a Friend:
- a person who already had an Allkiro account before the referral;
- the Referrer themselves, including their second account or an account with the same personal identification code.
2.4. Because every Allkiro account is tied to a verified identity (Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or ID card), Allkiro checks by personal identification code that no one refers themselves.
3. Credit
3.1. When the Friend buys their first paid plan, both the Friend and the Referrer receive credit in the amount shown on the referral page in the Application (currently €10).
3.2. The Friend’s credit is added to their Allkiro account when they start buying their first plan and is deducted from the first invoice. If the purchase is not completed, the credit stays on the same account and is deducted on the next purchase. A Friend receives credit only once.
3.3. The Referrer’s credit is added to their Allkiro account once the Friend’s first invoice has been paid, and is deducted from the Referrer’s next Allkiro invoice. If the Referrer does not yet have a paid Allkiro subscription, the credit is held and added to their account when they create one.
3.4. A Referrer can earn credit for up to 10 Friends. Each new Friend still gets their own credit after the cap is reached.
3.5. Credit can only be used to pay Allkiro invoices. It is not paid out in money and cannot be transferred to another user.
3.6. Credit is added to an Allkiro account that the user created themselves. It is not added to a team account created by someone else.
3.7. If the Referrer is an active partner of Allkiro’s founding-partners programme, they earn a commission on the Friend’s payments under the founding-partners programme terms and do not receive credit under this Programme for the same Friend. The Friend still receives their own credit. If the Referrer has received credit under this Programme for a Friend, they do not earn founding-partners commission on that Friend’s payments, even if they later join as a founding partner.
4. Referrer’s obligations
4.1. The Referrer presents Allkiro honestly and does not give misleading information about the Services, the prices or the Programme.
4.2. The Referrer must not:
- send unsolicited advertising (spam) or use contact details without the recipient’s consent;
- act on behalf of Allkiro;
- create, or have others create, accounts solely to obtain credit;
- place the referral link in other people’s browsers without them knowingly clicking it.
4.3. If these terms are breached, Allkiro may withhold or cancel the credit.
5. Personal data
5.1. In the Application, the Referrer sees a list of their Friends with partly masked names and whether each Friend has bought a plan. The Friend’s full name, contact details and invoice amount are not disclosed to the Referrer.
5.2. To count openings of referral links and signing invitations, Allkiro stores the time of opening, the browser’s identification string (user agent) and the domain of the referring page. The visitor’s IP address is not stored. Referral link data is kept in a browser cookie for up to 30 days.
5.3. Otherwise, personal data is processed in accordance with Allkiro’s privacy policy.
6. Liability and disputes
6.1. Friends are linked and credit is given on the basis of the data in Allkiro’s system. If you believe credit has been missed, write to us at tere@allkiro.ee.
6.2. Disputes arising from the Programme are resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, in Harju County Court. The Programme is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
